The best interests and fairness of the game are the top priorities in decision-making.

Official betting terms: bet, raise, call, fold, check, all-in, complete, pot.

Players must be identifiable at all times.

The house designates the official language(s) allowed at the table.

Seats are randomly assigned. Misseated players move with their chips.

Alternates/late reg/re-entries receive a full stack and random seat assignment.

Reasonable accommodations are provided for players with special needs.

Broken table players are reassigned via a two-step random process.

Play halts when tables are 3+ players apart for balancing.

Face-down cards at showdown are not automatically dead. If 100% identifiable, they're live.

If only 1 card of a winning hand is shown, the other should be revealed. Mucked = pot forfeited.

The last aggressor shows first. If none, starting from left of button clockwise.

If there was a river bet, the caller has the right to see the last aggressor's hand.

Odd chips are split to the smallest denomination; extra goes to first seat left of button.

Each side pot is split separately.

Hand reading disputes must be raised before the next hand starts.

New levels start on floor/audio signal. New hand begins at first riffle/shuffle.

Chip race starts from seat 1. Max 1 chip per player. Cannot bust from chip race.

Decks change at dealer rotation/level changes. Players cannot request deck changes.

Once re-buy intent is stated, you cannot miss a hand and must complete the re-buy.

Checking what cards would have come after a hand ends (rabbit hunting) is prohibited.

Tournaments use the dead button method.

Intentionally avoiding blinds results in penalty.

2+ boxed cards, dealing to wrong seat, wrong card count, etc. trigger a misdeal.

SA = 2 actions in turn (at least 1 involving chips) or 3+ actions in turn.

The button must immediately report insufficient cards.

Burn cards protect the stub (remaining deck). Only 1 burn per street.

4-card flop: flip all 4, randomly select 1 as burn, remaining 3 become the flop.

Call by saying 'call,' pushing exact chips, silently pushing one overchip, or per multi-chip rules.

When facing a raise with uncollected prior bet chips, verbally declare your action first.

A sub-full all-in doesn't reopen betting for players who already acted.

NL/PL: unlimited raises. Limit: house cap applies.

Act only on your turn. In-turn actions are binding and chips stay in the pot.

Below-minimum bets/raises can be corrected within the same street.

Pot counts are only available in Pot-Limit games.

Folding in turn with no bet facing = binding fold + subject to penalty.

'If you bet, I'll raise' — conditional statements are non-standard, strongly discouraged.

Right to reasonable chip estimate. Exact count only when facing all-in on your turn.

Pushing more chips than intended for change risks being ruled as a full bet.

Hidden chips found after all-in — TD determines if they're part of Accepted Action.

Chips with unverifiable ownership are removed from play.

Picking up upcards during action in stud = dead hand.

Persistent delay, unnecessary contact, abusive behavior, hygiene issues, etc.

Verbal warning → missed hand/round penalty → disqualification. Escalates with repeat violations.
