These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using poker bankroll management, community, AI analysis, and all related services provided by POKER GOAT (hereinafter "the Service"), and define the rights and obligations between the Company and Members.
① "Service" refers to all services provided by POKER GOAT through its website and mobile applications, including bankroll management, equity calculation, AI hand analysis, community, level/achievement system, venue information, and tournament schedules. ② "Member" refers to a person who has registered for the Service and entered into a use agreement. ③ "GP (GOAT Points)" refers to virtual points that can be earned and used through in-Service activities. GP cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to others. ④ "Content" refers to all posts, comments, hand data, images, and other content published by Members on the Service.
① These Terms take effect when posted on the Service or website. ② The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws, and will provide notice at least 7 days before the effective date of changes. ③ Members who do not agree to amended Terms may discontinue use and withdraw. Failure to express objection within 7 days of notice shall be deemed as consent.
① Membership is established when a user applies through email or social login (Google, Kakao) and the Company accepts the application. ② Members must provide accurate information during registration. Providing false information may result in service restrictions. ③ Persons under the age of 14 may not register for the Service.
① The Company provides the following services: - Bankroll management (session records, statistics, calendar) - Poker tools (equity calculator, chop calculator, etc.) - AI-powered hand analysis and bankroll feedback - Community boards (hand sharing, strategy, Q&A, etc.) - Level/achievement/GP system - Tournament schedules, venue information, etc. ② The Company may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service as operationally necessary. ③ AI analysis features utilize external AI services (OpenAI), and results are provided for reference purposes only. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
Members shall not engage in the following activities: ① Identity theft or registration of false information ② Promotion of illegal gambling, fraud, or unauthorized advertising through the Service ③ Harassment, discrimination, threats, or sexual harassment toward other Members ④ Posting obscene, violent, or legally prohibited content ⑤ Interfering with normal service operation (hacking, crawling, automation, etc.) ⑥ Acquiring GP through fraudulent means or attempting to monetize GP ⑦ Repeatedly filing false reports The Company may take measures including warnings, service restrictions, content deletion, or account suspension against Members who violate these provisions.
① Copyright of Member-created content belongs to the respective Member. ② The Company may delete or hide content without prior notice in the following cases: - Content that violates applicable laws - Content confirmed to violate these Terms after review of Member reports - Spam, advertising, obscene content, or other content inappropriate for service operation ③ Upon Member withdrawal, posts and comments are not deleted; author information is displayed as "Deleted User."
① Members may request account withdrawal at any time through the Settings page. ② Upon withdrawal, personal data (bankroll records, AI analysis, level information, notes, etc.) is immediately deleted, and the email is anonymized to allow re-registration with the same email. ③ The Company may restrict use or terminate the agreement after prior notice if a Member violates these Terms.
① The Company is not liable for service interruption due to force majeure such as natural disasters or system failures. ② The Company does not intervene in disputes between Members or between Members and third parties, and is not liable for resulting damages. ③ AI analysis results are statistical reference materials and do not guarantee actual poker outcomes. Responsibility for decisions based on such results lies with the Member. ④ The Service does not promote or encourage gambling; it is a poker record management tool within legal boundaries.
① Disputes regarding these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. ② The court with jurisdiction over the Company's principal office shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes related to Service use.
